Ricky has been great! Last minute appointment on a Saturday to fix an AC issue in my apartment. Replaced the capacitor. When I was having issues again, he came down immediately to check it out and resolve it. Very kind, professional and honest. Highly recommend!
GREAT service! We called Berry Best when an AC unit they installed for us stopped working suddenly. They came out and diagnosed the issue, reset and fixed the unit (which may have been impacted by a power outage they mentioned). And... they covered it all, without any additional service charges. They stand behind their work and take care of their customers. They are the berry best. 😀

I would highly recommend Berry Best Cooling & Heating. They were prompt, professional, efficient and reasonable. They came when they said they would and immediately started the work. They also cleaned up everything. I’m very satisfied with the results.
