Eddie at Mr. Mighty was a huge help to getting our heated floor system running again. I have used Mr. Mighty for several electrical projects and they always do a fantastic job with very reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them for your next project even if it's just to troubleshoot or get a second opinion. Give them a call!
These people were nice, HOWEVER... They changed the time of my appointment 2 times in less than 24 hours. their communication was TERRIBLE. I book an appointment for a Monday, then they called me to change it day of, but showed up anyway, but at a earlier time. I get that your busy, but just be clear, manage my expectations. Why am i paying you 80$ to show up randomly? NOPE, I don't think so. I hope you read this, because I think yall work hard and mean well. The electrician to his credit was professional, and I could tell the person on the phone was overwhelmed.

Super easy to make the appointment with a very polite receptionist! Eddie came to see us for diagnostic testing, and was incredibly thorough and helpful!
I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I had an electrician come out for a loose outlet, a ceiling fan light fixture issue, and installation of an outdoor sconce. The electrician never examined or tested the outlet, never checked the ceiling fan, and simply took photos — no tools, no diagnosis, no actual inspection and I was charged a $79.00 fee for absolutely nothing but his trip out here. Despite doing nothing hands-on, the quote was nearly $900 — including $588 just for “diagnostic and repair.” Nothing was diagnosed, and the outlet actually works, I tested it again when he left it is just loose and the plug falls out easily. The pricing was extremely inflated and presented as though major electrical work was needed when that was not the case. This felt like price gouging not real service. I appreciate licensed professionals and fair labor costs, but this was excessive and not transparent. I won’t be using this company again.
The other day we had Ed stop by for an inspection. He explained what we was seeing and answered our questions patiently. The downside was that they gave us a window of 11-1pm and Ed didn't arrive until 2:30pm, but he did give us an update when he was on his way. We would use Mr. Mighty again, but would adjust our expectations on timing!
