Shawn was very professional, on time, and dependable. He came in and replaced a leaking water supply value in the bathroom and replaced the toilet flange in the ground and install a bidet toilet. We're very pleased with the work performed today on our old, leaky water heater in our basement. Mr. Shawn and his helper Ced, replaced it with a new unit, as well as updated old pipe fittings with new copper pipes and fittings. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. My water heater took a dive in the middle of the night, 2am, on the weekend. I was able to contact Pipedreamz and schedule a visit first thing that morning, 8am. When he arrived, he assessed the issue, recommended and completed the repairs all within about an hour or two. He was very informative of the issue and how to avoid it in the future. I will not be calling anyone else to service plumbing issues for my home. Job well done. Thank you!
