Amazing services, quality work and great communication. Came out on short notice and was cheaper than comparable companies. Communication was great on scope and time work would be done and the repairs have held strong. Even came out on a Sunday to assess the situation and added us to his busy schedule. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Shawn was very professional, on time, and dependable. He came in and replaced a leaking water supply value in the bathroom and replaced the toilet flange in the ground and install a bidet toilet. Shawn, the owner of Pipedreamz Plumbing is the best, and now our go to plumber! When it comes to finding a trustworthy, licensed, insured, knowledgable, highly skilled, professional plumber & electrician that quickly and respectfully schedules & completes the work to be done and answers all questions & concerns for 100% customer satisfaction & safety there is no reason to look any further than Pipedreamz. Shawn did a fabulous job installing a new kitchen faucet for us this morning. We tried installing the same faucet a few days earlier, but it ended up leaking under the sink cabinet anytime water splashed around the stainless steel faucet's base/deck plate. Shawn reinstalled the faucet base/deck plate with a silicone sealant, and made sure everything was as tight as it should be, so no more leaks. Shawn also very kindly provided competitive estimates when I asked about other potential plumbing and electrical work we might want done. Regarding each item, he carefully looked over all the details, made note of things to keep an eye on because all of it is working fine now, explained how the work should be done, how to know when it needs to be done, and what those costs would be if they needed to be done now. From the moment of our first call to the completion and inspection of the installation Shawn was prompt, professional, upbeat, fairly priced, and went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly, safely and with our full 100% satisfaction. He did a great job, I learned a lot in the process, and it was a pleasure getting to know him as a person. No wonder Pipedreamz gets exceptionally high reviews!
