My stay at The Georgian Terrace Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The room was absolutely immaculate and exceptionally clean, which is always one of the first things I look for when staying at a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a spacious multi-room suite at a price that felt like an incredible value for the quality of the accommodations. The hotel itself has a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere that perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. Everything felt elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Although my stay was brief, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Between the beautiful accommodations, excellent value, and refined ambiance, The Georgian Terrace made a lasting impression. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta
Amazing hotel. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. This does not deserve a 4-star rating. I’d say it should be at least 4.8 stars. Amazing rooms. It is a GIANT hotel with easy access to MARTA. From North Avenue station, trains can take you to Lindbergh Center, Doraville, North Springs, Five Points, and even the airport! Excellent, I’d recommend this place. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because the service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They did not clean our room at all like we asked them to.

I had a wonderful stay at The Georgian Terrace Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I especially want to recognize Jada at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made my stay even more enjoyable. Outstanding customer service like hers truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I want to give special recognition to Jazlyn from the lobby team. She was extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Employees like Jazlyn are what make a hotel experience memorable. Thank you for making my stay a great one!
We had a lovely stay at The Georgian Terrace and overall really enjoyed our time there. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious. One of the highlights was the dressing room. The director’s chair, wall of mirrors, and full-length trifold mirror gave it a classic, glamorous feel. That said, the hotel is clearly in need of a refresh. Several light fixtures in our room had burned-out bulbs, and the dressing room in particular was quite dim since only a couple of bulbs in the mirror worked and the overhead light was out entirely. Even the light by the entry didn’t function. The bathroom also felt dated, with older tile, fixtures, and sink, and the carpet in the living room was visibly fraying. Overall, there’s a sense of wear that’s hard to ignore. We also dined at Livingston. The service was attentive and the food was genuinely very good, but the restaurant itself mirrors the hotel’s condition—it could benefit from updated tables, chairs, placemats, and glassware. The location is a major highlight—directly across from the Fox Theatre and right in the heart of everything, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially for events. We booked through our travel advisor, who secured a preferred partner rate that included additional amenities, which made the stay an excellent overall value. In summary, we truly had a wonderful stay and would return—especially with plans to come back when Wicked is playing. I would recommend the property, particularly for its location, service, and value, but with the understanding that it’s a charming yet somewhat tired four-star experience that could greatly benefit from some updates
