A very nice hotel, per usual as most Grand Hyatt properties are very nice. A bit thinly staffed but thats par for the course in the hospitality industry now. It's in the heavy thick of Buckhead business district, but a very serene hotel with a beautiful interior waterfall garden. Great for conferences. Staff was okay, the young woman at the front desk was exceptional. The man was kind of rude, I didn't get any names but I should have. Whoever was working July 17, 2026.... at 5pm, the dark haired young woman needs a raise! She was helping a guest with another issue and we walked up. The young man came out and sbe motioned for him to help us after he freed himself up, and he blew her off. She very professionally began helping us and finishing up with the other guests issue and did an excellent job. Though the young man was obviously rude and dismissive, she maintained her poise. It was behavior worth reporting to leadership. Of note, I was there with my organizations annual conference, we spent over $100k at this hotel over that weekend, so it was sad to encounter poor customer service. I wanted to point out that most of your staff is stellar. That one man who was working the front desk that day, not a good fit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our conference was wonderful. Its our 2nd time using this hotel for our annual conference and, they ran out of food the first year. This year, they only ran out of mashed potatoes. So there's some kind of catering knowledge skills gap, because food is the biggest cost. Outside of that, its a very nice hotel, overall.

Very convenient all around. Please note they have a courtesy van where they could drop off and pick up within 2 miles. This is a awesome service where if you need to try local food and visit. Room service is very good and Amenities within room are very elegant. There are few places in the hotel where just visit and feel peace. Great vibe. Good place to hold conference with various tracks. Food prepared by the hotel gives local taste and variety of cuisines. Front desk, bar, library and many other spots in the hotel are must to visit.
This hotel is beautiful! I loved it!Love what they have to offer! I honestly believe an arcade room inside would be an amazing entertainment option! Since I saw a lot of kids the night I stayed! Other than that 5 stars from me! I definitely recommend this hotel 😊💕
I just stayed here for 8 days and I have had a few bad experiences lately with Hyatt but this place is exceptional. The club room is one of the nicer ones I have seen. The hotel itself is very clean the room was very nice. I come to Atlanta every couple of months and this might be my new go to hotel. Plenty of really good food options within walking distance. If your a globalist and stay at mostly Hyatt properties this one is definitely a good one!
I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel is very pretty and very well located in the Buckhead area. i loved is close to restaurants, nightlife places and shopping areas. Now, if your plans are to stay for a night because your flight got canceled or you want to go and explore the downtown area, this hotel is not the right hotel since it is a little bit retired from those areas. Remember, Atlanta is quite a big city with some hills and you would need some time to travel from one zone or district to the other. A great opportunity to improve, is to keep up with the light snacks in between the big courses of snacks. I noticed that a lot of people tend to get the club access and the club could get a little bit busy and run out of snacks for everyone. Btw, loved the coffee machine and the beef empanadas. Also, it wouldn't a bad idea to get some signage or posts to block the access to the food area while the club attendant was placing the foor for everyone. I really felt bad for her while a jerk was on top of her not letting her place the food and food signage correctly and nice. Thank you for the stay Hyatt, I really enjoyed my stay at this place! :)
