Owens completed a major home renovation for us in 2025, and I can't say enough great things about Pam, Chris, Tyler, and the team! They came into our project with fantastic ideas - ways we couldn't imagine to solve the pain points with our existing house layout. It was truly amazing to watch them work and stay on time and very close to budget! There were many home renovations in our neighborhood at the same time, and none around us have finished according to their timeline, but ours did! The last (and best) thing I'll say is that not only is the craftsmanship such high quality, they are wonderful, kind humans. I cried when they left, not only because of how much I love my home, but because I was genuinely going to miss them. I highly recommend Owens Construction for your home renovation needs!

I chose Owens because they were NARI award winners, a company that would know how to take care of my 1878 house. The last makeover was probably in the 1970s, so an upgrade was long overdue. They were true partners all along the way. The level of communication was fantastic from start to finish. I always knew what stage was coming next, who was working and when, what the costs were, what any changes would be and why. They heard me when I talked about what I wanted and had great design suggestions whenever I needed help. The quality of the work was always top-notch. I was nervous about starting this project. Everyone likes to tell you their scary contractor stories. Sorry but I don’t have any. I look at the finished product and have nothing but praise for the work Owens did. It’s all written in the look on my friends’ faces when they see my new old house.

I chose Owens to remodel two bathrooms and create a first floor laundry in my 1967, not custom, 4-bedroom home. My experience was truly amazing, and the work is beautiful. Cruise director Pam, kept me on schedule with decisions I needed to make. Crew leader Dave communicated daily and there were zero surprises--Owens made sure they had anticipated potential snags during the pre-planning stages. All crews were courteous and hardworking; they cleaned up so well that I could hardly tell they had been there at the end of the day. Owens was not my least expensive bid; however, I 100% made the right choice. I have confidence in the company and their subs, and I would absolutely hire them again. Thanks, Owens!
