When it came time for the actual install, the crew was like a well-oiled machine. They handled the Northeast Ohio weather shifts perfectly and got the job done without any delays. I have to say the process of getting my roof replaced was seamless. Absolute worked with the insurance company and left little worries to me. My sales rep, James, was always responsive and communicated with me with no delays. The day of the roof replacement, the crew was timely, efficient and polite. They were able to get the whole roof replaced in a day. I would highly recommend Absolute roofing to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof. Really happy with the work they did for us. They installed a new window and handled a few other home repairs, and everything turned out great. The crew was on time and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and cleaned up well when they were done. Overall a very smooth experience — we’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Imagine the surprise when a storm rolls in and the high winds blow your roof off! That’s what happened to us and a close friend recommended Absolute Roofing. Our salesperson, James, helped us navigate the insurance claim process. James arranged for the roof to be tarped as we negotiated the final claim. Once settled, our job was scheduled within 2 weeks. The install crew was amazing. Diligently working and had the old roof off in an hour, and the new one on by 3:00. They cleaned up everything spotless. My roof looks fantastic and the quality of the install is evident. Thanks Absolute!
Our experience with the team at ABSOLUTE ROOFING could not have gone better!! The owners Chris and Mike helped us through every aspect during our house siding damage insurance claim. They came out immediately and made the damage safe for my family then we had multiple in person meetings with Chris to methodically plan out the work to make the repairs. Chris helped me and my wife understand the process of a large siding insurance job along with assisting us to pick the material and color schemes for our house. While the work was taking place the crew was always on time and Mike often made job site visits to ensure the progress and quality of work was up to his standards. We also decided to replace our windows during this construction and the team at ABSOLUTE did an expert job with the install of our new windows. Lastly, we upgraded the pillars on our front porch with the help of the custom design and carpentry team at ABSOLUTE ROOFING (see included pictures). I want to personally thank Chris and Mike and their office staff for their exceptional customer service, and I will only call ABSOLUTE ROOFING for any of our house needs in the future!!! They are very PROFESSIONAL AND COURTIOUS!!!!
