Carter was outstanding from start to finish. Since he’s both the owner and the electrician doing the work, communication was seamless throughout the entire project. There was no back-and-forth or confusion—he handled everything personally. He replaced our meter base, installed the emergency disconnect, pulled the permit, coordinated the inspection, and made sure our power was restored as quickly as possible. The inspection passed on the first visit, and everything was completed exactly as promised. Carter was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable these days. I highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
I’m at Carter handing up business cards and I took one because I needed a receptacle in my garage for some commercial ovens. He gave me a quote of how much it would cost seemed very reasonable to me. He came over as he said he was at the time he said he was gonna be here. I wasn’t there. I had to take my daughter to jujutsu but my wife was there. Carter was very polite to her really respectful. My wife felt very comfortable around him and from what my wife told me as well as what Carter told me when he called me he seemed very educated in this field very informative about what was going on and why he was doing what he was doing he also pointed me in the right direction on some issues electrical I was having with one of my ovens. I recommend Carter 10 out of 10 to anyone who needs any type of home electrical repair or maintenance. I will be using him again and recommending him to my friends and family because of his service and professionalism.
