Absolutely stunning artwork throughout this hotel. It's really pretty and artfully done, from the gorgeous colored glass to the signature scent. The room was just as nice, though our view was of the parking garage. But they are nicely done, very clean and quiet. The service was fantastic in the bar. The desk staff was decent, but we didn't require much. The only cons: Parking was costly. The selection of snacks in the little shop was weird and looked forgotten. I wish there were better hotel packages. Everything is so ala carte and pricey. Even parking in Chicago is cheaper, and that's saying something.
The decor right when u walk in with empty Southwest design pots is off and doesn't mesh with the cool, colorful lanterns above on 2nd floor. Valet and Front Desk staff amazing. Beds and pillows great. Location amazing. Problem was breakfast. I got the worst chocolate croissant ever and my sisters breakfast sandwich was cold. Maybe explains why we were only one there. Need to reexamine your food.

A real four-star hotel. Room details are good, such as crisp, clean construction lines. Room lighting is more artistic than functional. Shower in bathroom has a see-through door, meaning many people won't want another in the area. Window curtains hard to deal with. Comfortable bed with clean duvet cover.
I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering it is advertised as a 4-star property. At around 10:30 PM, after taking a shower, I discovered that the hair dryer in my room was not working. I called the front desk and asked if a replacement hair dryer could be brought to my room. The front desk agent told me that housekeeping had already left for the day and that no one could bring one until after 7:00 AM the next morning. I explained that waiting until 7:00 AM was not a reasonable solution since I needed the hair dryer that evening, not after my hair had already dried on its own. I even offered to come downstairs and pick up a spare hair dryer myself. Instead of trying to help or offering any alternative solution, the front desk agent repeatedly interrupted me and kept saying, “Ma’am, ma’am, I’m telling you they will get back to you after 7:00 AM. I’m the only one working here right now.” She repeated this over and over again without addressing my concern. The conversation felt dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude. The issue was not just the broken hair dryer—it was the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help. Even many 3-star hotels manage to provide a backup hair dryer or offer a reasonable solution in situations like this. I would expect much better service from a hotel that claims to be 4-star. This is so unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not choose to stay here again.
For the most part the stay was fine. The main issue was with valet. On the first night I stayed I had repeated issue getting my car. At one point, granted it was later the app site thing wasn't done correctly and I didn't get my car for a 1/2 hr even though the valet person was sitting outside on their phone apparently.
