I recently had a severe sewage block due to the city trees. The roots of the trees just invaded my clay pipes making it impossible to keep clear. I was clearing the pipe almost every week. I called New Generation plumbing and got a great quote to dig up and replace the pipe. the put in new clean outs and also relined a 7 foot portions of a cast iron pipe that connected to the clay pipe. Jake quoted and his staff were all very efficient and professional. This was the best experience with a contractor and now everything is working great. the also have a 10 year warranty so if something goes wrong the are there to help. I would recommend them for any plumbing work.
If you are looking for a plumbing company you can truly trust, I can’t recommend Jake and his team at New Generation Plumbing enough. I hired them for a major project that involved replacing all the plumbing in the house, and from start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and took a lot of pride in their work. Most importantly, the quality of their work gave me a lot of peace of mind. Jake took the time to explain everything in detail, answer my questions, and make sure I understood not only what was being done, but why it needed to be done. I also appreciated that he gave me options throughout the process. He was thoughtful about helping me understand what needed immediate attention and what could wait, so I could make the best decision for my home and budget. I always felt well informed. That kind of honesty and experience is hard to find. The entire technician team (Jose, Tony, David, Hugo, Jessie, and Carlos) provided outstanding service. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions, making me feel confident and informed throughout the entire project. The office team was also diligent and responsive when it came to estimates, scheduling, and payments. Finding a plumber you trust enough to replace the entire plumbing in your home is a big deal, and I’m very grateful I found them. This company does beautiful work!! On time quick response to my needs. Litterly had to do sooo much work replacing the hot water heater in my apartment on top I'm having to install proper drainage out into the street for it because before there was no pan catching the condensation so it was just literally leaking into the foundation of the apartment. Their work is amazing, the gentleman and that came out cleaned up really well afterwards very courteous very nice. I would recommend this company hands down ! They came out for the estimate and they were here the next morning at 8:50 a.m. for a 9:00 appointment and work their butts off all the way to 6:00 p.m.!!! And now they got to come back and work on rebuilding all the whole drainage system for my bathtub.. I can't wait to see what they do next!! Great service! My husband called for an estimate, they came out the next day, the price was reasonable and they were able to start that day. The plumbers did a great job. It looks wonderful. It was quick. I was so glad that they could start right away. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a plumber. The two areas where we had leaks are no longer there.
