Victoria at the front desk needs her flowers! She went above and beyond to accommodate me while checking in today. From the upgrade to the early check in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Hotel is cute. It’s in a great location. The view from my corner room is stunning. I appreciate the complimentary waters. As two women sharing a room, the dual vanity’s are a great touch.
Our go-to stay in Chicago. We specifically picked this hotel as it was the most centrally-located to everywhere we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to the majority or our stops, 10/10 location. We stayed with our two elementary-aged kids in a family suite and the layout was perfection. There was just enough separation for the kid's area and they loved the bunk beds. I do wish we had a better view but the suite's layout and bunk beds more than made up for it. The soaking tub was a nice bonus! We were even pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel's restaurant was. We have to give a special shout out to Juan in the restaurant and Arturo in the lobby for being so friendly, helpful, and interactive with our kids. We look forward to our next stay!

If I could clone this hotel (and the overall experience with their staff) in every city we visit, I would. We have four young children so hotel rooms with comfortable sleeping AND living areas are often tricky to find, and this one checked every box and more. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-laid out, with a king bedroom, a large bathroom that had a shower and a tub, and a separate bunk room complete with toys for the kids. Whoever designed this room actually understands what traveling with kids is like! Before booking, we searched everywhere for detailed reviews and photos of the family suite, especially the bunk room, and there just wasn’t much information available. We took a chance, and I’m so glad we did. I hope this will help families looking to book in the future! The room alone would have earned five stars, but the staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived late at night with four kids, a car full of luggage, and even a trailer hitch cargo carrier that had to be unloaded and stored. The valet team couldn’t have been more helpful. Throughout our stay, the hotel and valet team remembered us, greeted our kids with fist bumps every time we came through the lobby, and always had our vehicle ready whenever we needed it. They truly made us feel like family. When it was time to leave, they even came upstairs to help us pack everything up and load the car. If you’re visiting Chicago with a large family, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!
We stayed at this property over the 4th of July holiday weekend, and it was a massive disappointment. I truly witnessed how a hotel with a 4-star rating can look and operate like a budget motel in practice. To start, management explicitly promised us a room upgrade prior to arrival (booked through AMEX/THC). Instead, we were assigned to a room on the lower level (the 8th floor), which was literally the first floor, with a dismal view that looked directly onto the roof of an adjacent building. There was absolutely nothing premium or upgraded about the accommodation. The room quality itself was heavily dated, basic, and lacked any of the standard amenities or excitement you would expect from a higher-end establishment. It felt closer to a 2-star roadside motel. The worst part of our stay was the complete lack of crowd control and security. Guests were yelling, screaming, partying, and closing the doors loudly in the hallways well past midnight. The walls offered zero sound isolation, making it entirely impossible for us to sleep. For the premium price paid over a major holiday, the lack of basic comfort, peace, and delivered promises was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
Location is unbeatable. The views are amazing. Great hotel for great price. Super clean, renovated rooms. It ia not too luxury hotel but it is not super far from it. I would put all 5 stars but I think k it needs more elevators and a bigger check in area. It gets quite busy. Will stay here while in Chicago.
