My partner and I both work full time, and getting time off so either of us can be at home is difficult. Brian cancelled on me an hour *after* our intended appointment. I had already spent the PTO, and I didn't have enough accrued to do so again. When I asked if he worked Saturdays or evenings, he quoted me a 50% higher price than he had previously. The lack of communication is unprofessional; quoting a higher price as a result of his own no-show was rude enough that I simply canceled.

Brian did a few jobs at my mom's house. Replacing ballast, installing a scone light, installing some outlets both inside & outside. All the jobs were well done and done quickly, and reasonably priced. Can highly recommend this company for electrical work.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience. The contractor drove around our home, decided he didn’t want to figure out parking, and simply left—without even attempting to do the job. To make matters worse, he was already running late and then canceled on us last-minute. Completely unreliable and a waste of our time. I would not recommend him to anyone.
