Great service! My furnace went out on a Thursday afternoon on one of the coldest days of the year. I called McCarver and they had someone out to my house in less than an hour. It turns out the furnace couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. (I had this independently verified). I was faced with the prospect of no heat and the weekend coming up. The owner, Chris McCarver, came out and kindly delivered 5 space heaters to get us through the night. He also located and arranged for a brand new furnace to be available first thing the next morning. The work crew started promptly the next morning and they were wrapped up by mid afternoon. The workers did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly after they were through. It was great having a warm weekend. I am happy to recommend MCcarver Mechanical.
Outstanding customer service with a highly experienced crew! Needed same day service for a boiler heat system and repair in Harrison Township and a team of skilled professionals had everything completely manage to the letter in less than 1 hour. Courteous, well trained and immediately placed us at ease that we had called the right company for the needed boiler heating service. We had a complete Space Pak heat pump system installed in our house that had no pre-existing duct work. They installed a air handler, all the ductwork, and a Bosch inverter outdoor unit. The team that came and installed the system we very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. The electricians they hired to complete the wiring were just as professional. The system has worked great over the entire summer, keeping our house more comfortable than ever. For the quality of work and equipment, I didn't mind spending a bit more for the system. If you need a high velocity system to retrofit your older house to the modern comforts of central air, these guys are a fantastic choice.
Dealing with a failing draft inducer motor on my furnace was an extremely stressful experience. The noise was very loud inside my home, and since this is a critical HVAC component, it was not something that could be ignored. I had spoken with multiple vendors who were unable to help, which only added to the frustration. I ultimately contacted McIver Mechanical because they are a Trane authorized dealer, and from the very first phone call, the experience completely changed. The ladies who answered the phone were extremely kind, informative, and genuinely helpful. They moved quickly to get someone scheduled, which was incredibly comforting given the urgency of the situation. Erik arrived promptly and was professional from start to finish. He was pleasant, respectful, and even wore slip covers on his shoes to avoid tracking anything into my home. He diagnosed the issue accurately, was able to obtain the part immediately, and completed the repair without delay. Payment was simple and electronic, and the entire process was seamless. I also appreciated the excellent communication. I received a text message prior to Erik’s arrival, consistent email updates, and clear receipts afterward. Everything was organized, transparent, and easy to follow. Erik and everyone at McIver Mechanical demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I will absolutely be using them for any future HVAC needs. I am truly grateful for their service.
I have to start off by saying if there was a number higher than 5 I would give it to them, I had my broiler system replaced and I have to say from the very beginning when the owner Chris came out to give me a estimate I felt comfortable with this company and even talking to the ladies on the phone were so polite and the guys that came out to my house were professional and even wore booties in my house, I’m so sorry you guys had to go under my house into the crawl space but you guys were amazing even to the last guy that came out to fix 1 part that was leaking and flushed the pipes was great. I would recommend this company hands down. Thank you all.
