My 7 year old had a surgery schedule 5 months in advance and this facility canceled his original pre-op appointment and when I rescheduled it they sent me a text the morning of (2 weeks before surgery) to cancel the appointment and refused to accommodate an emergency appointment with a different DR to confirm he was good to go for his surgery. The hospital and myself have been trying to request his medical records so they could try to confirm hes ok to operate on and have not been able to obtain ANY information. Flash forward 2 weeks and 12 calls later and still nothing. It is now June 15th (the day before surgery) and they still have not sent the hospital any information on my son's health. This place is a scam. My 7 year old child should no have yo suffer because of this facilities inability to perform. I should not have to call back to back to back, the morning before his surgery to make sure you are doing your jobs.
I had an in person appointment in May. It got cancelled and pushed back to end of June due to a sewer leak. I get a call today before my appointment that they again have a sewer leak and can't do in person again. I will not be going here nor would I recommend going here.

While I LOVE all my Doctors here, the front office is incredibly disorganized and I find myself getting very frustrated with their seeming inability to solve what should be quick and easy fixes. Get emails stating my lab results are available in the portal, yet there are no new results and trying to get ANYONE to return your phone call is like pulling teeth with no numbing. It's not that difficult to actually communicate with your patients!
Don't ignore the warnings like I did. I waited 2.5 months for an appointment, and they canceled it one hour beforehand. The next opening isn't for another two months. It's a 4-month wait with zero reliability. Even though I booked in person and avoided the phone issues, the service is still unacceptable. Please, listen to the reviews and stay away.
Their dr Anna Bishop promised to put me on a Valium taper for long term benzo dependence so I don't have a seizure and die The next appointment, she did a complete 180 and told me no and said good luck. Thanks for getting my hopes up on getting actual help, and for wasting my time + billing for the useless appointments I'll be filing a complaint for blatant lying to a patient
