This office clearly has too many patients, so should not be accepting new ones. Their errors put me in jeopardy of becoming rapidly unwell without necessary medicine, leaving me desperately trying to get anyone at any extension on the phone. At the end of the day, the office manager called, I thought to apologize, but she actually called to take me to task for trying so hard to get through to them. When I was shocked that she'd called to yell at me, and told her so, she dropped me from the practice. Come to find out, they never corrected their error, so the hours I spent desperately trying to get medication were for naught, I have to miss a mandatory grad school class to go to The Little Clinic for a short term script, and I'm a month away from getting dangerously ill unless I not only find but see a new doctor in less than a month. To top it all off, the lab tests the NP ran were invalid due to his lack of competency (Seriously????), so I need to get in to a new doctor, get *correct* labs, and have those labs read properly and get a new script within the next 30 days. I am so unbelievably screwed. PLEASE don't make my mistake. Go somewhere else!!!!

If you can get past the experience with the front desk, the Drs are great.
