Ian did a great job installing our Tesla charger for us. Pricing took just a few mins (great pricing btw), he got parts, and then installed relatively quickly. After cleaning up the work area, he got some signatures and was out of here. Big thanks to Ian at Absolute!! I found this business because of its stellar review to install the water heater in my business. We installed a brand new water heater on March 12th this year. Right after installation, the water heater started beeping showing some kind of error, we called, they sent someone over then they told us they need to replace the control panel. However they need to wait on the part. While the water heater continued beeping, the water heater stopped working last month, we contacted the business a few times, but no one come out, however, they send text messages that technician will come but on one show up.we contacted a lot of times, the operator said a manger will contact us twice, and we never got a call. Please fix our water heater, this is extremely frustrating.
