I liked that they had their own private, fenced self parking lot on premises. The building was very secure. You had to have a room key to enter the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel was pretty centrally located and walking distance to the attractions we were visiting (World of Coca-Cola and Georgia Aquarium) and just a short drive to Zoo Atlanta. Lots of restaurants nearby too. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish the beds had been queen size instead of full.
Tee, the guest service manager, and Casey were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They truly made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The breakfast attendants were just as wonderful—they were kind, uplifting, and even gave me words of encouragement that really meant a lot. The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I was also gifted a two-night stay, which made the experience even more special. The bed was super comfortable, and I was able to relax and enjoy every moment. Because of the exceptional service and warm atmosphere, I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this hotel!

My son and I did a one night staycation in the city and this hotel was the perfect place to do it. Great customer service, great location, and affordable and convenient self parking. If you’re worried about securing a parking spot, reserve a parking spot while booking your room online. The front desk told me they will allow you to leave your car in the lot up to 6pm on the day you check out. This worked out perfectly for us! I’ll be back here!
This hotel is wonderful! I arrived about 30 minutes before check-in, thinking I'd have to wait, but my room was already prepared, so I was able to go right up. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great because you're in the heart of downtown. The staff is friendly and you can tell they're genuinely good people who enjoy their jobs. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I'd be happy to come back any time and I encourage others to stay here as well. Oh and the price is excellent, considering how high quality the service is.
I had absolutely the best experience at the Hampton Inn and suites Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia! The staff there was exceptionally helpful. Marie, Celine, and Shock & others went above and beyond. Two of them even saw me trying to locate a restaurant during their lunch break. They took at least 15 minutes of their personal time to help redirect me and get along my way. I know lunch breaks are limited so I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I use forearm crutches or a wheelchair depending on my abilities a given day and staff was absolutely amazing. They helped me take my luggage to the room which I wasn’t expecting, provided information on both public and private accessible transportation when I had challenges and gave honest recommendations regarding accessibility of walking or wheeling myself to area restaurant and attractions. The facility was well-maintained and the few times I did call the front desk for help they responded so quickly I was shocked! I would highly recommend this hotel. The only things I could possibly think of that I’d love to be addressed will be accessibility to the building itself. If there was someway to have a handicap automatic door access to the only accessible, non-step door it would improve the life of differently abled guests immeasurably. While, I’m always thankful for the assistance others offer out of kindness, I’d like to be a self-sufficient as possible. During my stay, I always had to request help opening the doors to get in and out of the hotel. The only other thing was the length of time elevator doors remained open. If there was a way to increase the length of the time elevator doors remained open that would be great. Using a wheelchair you have to back in to the elevator and by the time I would turn around and go to the elevator that opened, the elevator door would be closing. I frequently had to turn around partly to re-push the elevator button and then turn backwards again to enter the elevator. There were two elevators, and you never knew which was going to open, so I’d have to make some quick changes backwards in the wheelchair to access the opened elevator. Again, despite those two things, I had an absolutely marvelous time! The staff was so exceptionally helpful. They were kind, proficient, and went above and beyond.
