Had Great Lakes come out to service our whole house generator. We have been doing it ourselves since they installed it but I decided to let them do it this time and it was well worth it. The service tech was so friendly and kept me updated on what he was doing and when he was done. The weather was not favorable for him since it was after a snow storm and it was cold but it didn't seem to bother him. Having Great Lakes service the generator was well worth it. Thank you Great Lakes!
I highly recommend Great Lakes Electric. Our service technician, Colin Covella, showed up right on time and was extremely professional throughout the entire job. He installed two floor outlets for our new couch with motorized reclining, and the whole process was completed efficiently in about three hours. What really stood out was that after the installation was finished, Colin went above and beyond by volunteering to get two adapters to make sure the couch would plug in properly. That level of customer care and attention to detail made a big difference. Excellent service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Great Lakes Electric for all your electrical needs.

We used great lakes for a whole home generator. We always get multiple quotes and they were the most affordable with the best warranty. The guy who came to quote us, the ladies in the office, and the two installation techs were all fantastic to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly, coordinated with me and the propane company multile times, and the install went perfect (well for us). Your poor techs got drenched and worked through the pouring rain for a solid hour to make sure the propane company didnt have to reschedule. They were troopers! We even got to use the generator before we received the final invoice! Thank you so much!
Great Lakes Electric did an excellent job in installing our whole house generator. They were very professional in letting us know when they would have to turn off all the power. We especially appreciated them taking off their shoes when they had to do some inside work as it was wet and somewhat muddy outside.
