The front desk people were very nice. The nurse & lab ladies were very nice. Dr. Courtney Roark spoke to me about my situation letting me explain for no longer than 10 minutes, when she up & said let me go look back over your labs to see if anything is a miss & said that she would be right back. She never came back to ask if I had any further questions or to explain treatment. She sent in the nice nurse to tell me what the plan was & meds prescribed. I thought this was very un personable & un professional of the Dr. I might have liked talking a little bit longer with her, but she shoved me aside. After my follow up appointment in a month or so with her, I plan on switching pcp doctors. My goal was to get a blood pressure medicine so I give 3 stars for being able to get it to save my life.
Everyone is so polite and Sheniqua the receptionist always greet me with a hugs and a sweet hello how you doing. Always make my visit feel more pleasant after visiting the great Dr Kevin Longshaw who always take time to make sure I’m taking my medication, checking all the vitals and letting me know what needs to be done to get me on track. Thanks family I appreciate all you do Happy New Year.

From the front desk, thru the lab, to the nurses and then the doctor there is a smooth friendly flow. All people are polite and attentive. I always have good visits. Big thank you to a wonderful staff.
Very Professional Employees as health care workers. The environment setting are very welcoming. Doctors, nurses, nurse aids and receptionist(staff) make you feel in a very comfortable way. My opinion, I think that they're one of the best.
Got squeezed in for an appointment and needed to be there. Was treated and feeling better with meds prescribed. Was able to enjoy Christmas. I recommend Texas Health Family Care on Marsh Lane in Dallas. The staff and doctors really care. Been going here for years. I applaud them.
