I had an excellent experience with Head's. Alexia was great with communication..I received text and phone calls with updates if times and clear expectations. Sean was professional and excellent at replacing my water heater. He quickly provided an estimate and completed all the work needed and cleaned up. This heater was old and a bit of a pain and he worked through all the challenges and did an amazing job. I would definitely use them again and recommend to all.
This was the second time that I’ve used Head’s plumbing. In both instances from the first phone call to the completion of the job, I was treated with a professional kindness. The technician explained to me what was required and answered my questions satisfactorily. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent plumbing service from start to finish. The technician, Kalib, was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciate supporting a local family-owned business right here in my neighborhood. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
I was impressed with David because he arrived at the house on time , and introduced himself. Then asked me about my issue , then went right to work on assessing how to deal with the problem. He worked consistently and from time to time informed me on where he was at solving the issue. After several hours of hard work he straightened out the problems I was having with the drainage in my bathroom sinks. The service and price were very competitive. To sum it all up , should I ever need plumbing services again I will call Head's Plumbing without question.
I had a leaking shower. The technician,Gene, was kind, professional, and thorough. I enjoyed working with him and listening to his diagnostic theories. The job was $1090. After paying cash,the main office called to collect the $40 dispatch fee. For 6 days, the shower leak seemed fixed. It has now resurfaced. We've contacted the company who will return on Monday to reassess. I'm confident that it will be fixed at that time and we won't be charged another $1000 for a problem that was never solved.
