Dr. Janssen was outstanding. As a new patient he reviewed all my records, made thoughtful and well explained decisions on next steps. He considered all aspects clearly and showed great mastery of medications and their interactions. He took time and listened carefully.
The team at Swedish Primary Care Ballard is always helpful, efficient and friendly. I moved a few years ago, making it quite inconvenient for me to get to their office. I tried other doctor's offices closer to home, but found I still preferred to go back to Swedish Primary in Ballard.

I always feel well-cared for, listened to and never rushed at this practice. Dr. Bainwol is attentive and calm, prepared to discuss a wide variety of issues, not just the one thing a visit was scheduled for. Also (and hopefully this won't be too "scandalous" to mention here), but in my recent well-woman exam, she provided the quickest and most painless pap smear I've ever had! (And now I'm laughing because there's the option to "Add photos" below--uh, not this time, Google)
