Swedish Primary Care - Ballard

I truly couldn’t imagine a better primary care experience. Dr. Janssen is compassionate and takes time to answer my questions, and he always remembers and follows up on any concerns. The whole team is respectful and has always treated me with dignity. The system is well integrated so I’m always able to get my labs done seamlessly and quickly when needed. I’ve been happy with Swedish for more than 7 years and the quality of care has been consistent all this time.

I was able to meet my new Primary Care doctor, Leah Karlsen. She was warm and efficient and created a plan to address issues I brought up. I feel lucky to have had two wonderful primary doctors, and other members of my care team, so smart and proactive!

I saw Dr Janssen to establish primary care. He spent a lengthy time getting to know me and reviewing my medical history on line and in person. I was examined and he allowed ample time for questions and counseling. Blood tests were obtained and I transferred prescriptions and referrals for age related screening ordered. It was a pleasant experience and I was very pleased with the efficiency kindness and thoroughness of Dr Janssen and his staff. Results from testing with interpretation and additional counseling came through my chart within 48 hrs of the visit.
