David and Sergio handled my plumbing issue with exceptional professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. When my tankless water heater failed, they responded quickly and had a new unit installed the very same day. Sergio, in particular, took the time to thoroughly explain the problem, the replacement process, and the work being performed. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly impressive and gave me complete confidence in the repair. I was amazed by how quickly they resolved the issue and restored our hot water. We have used Nautilus Plumbing a few times and they are terrific! They answered my call on a Sunday and came the next morning for a sink pipe replacement. They have also done two other emergency sewer pipe repair for us in the past. They are always very courteous , on time and always clean up well. They are also very nice and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend them and won't use other plumbers again.
The team was very friendly, took the time to inform me what they were doing, what the issue was, and what they needed to do. They not only fixed the leak from my toilet in under an hour, but they were also able to find and fix a blockage in my pipe that was embedded in cement a few feet under my old home. The cost was on the higher end (largely due to having to drill deep underground), but they're very professional and the work is absolutely solid. I can't thank them enough.
David did a great job fixing a clogged drain and issue with tub handle. He explained all the issues and walked us through how to maintain. They also offered a same day visit which was fantastic.
