Absolutely incredible customer service, friendly and professional. My brake warning light came on unexpectedly on a trip to Chicago and I happened to be visiting a friend who lives near this shop. Not only did the they pick my car up bright and early in the am (while I slept in), but they also replaced my broken brakeline that day at a very fair price. Highly recommend.
Finding a transparent, trustworthy, and quality mechanic is so difficult. I lucked into Grand Auto Center because I needed the closest shop on my commute when I had a punctured tire. They fixed me up same day for a fraction of what I anticipated. They also discovered on their complimentary inspection that I needed new brakes BAD and explained to me (not a car junky) the real implications of not getting them fixed. Took my car back later in the week for a discounted service with the same great efficiency. I will be going to Grand Auto Center for all of my vehicle needs from now on!!

My toddler son had pulled the front passenger seatbelt back and tangled it so badly it was no longer functioning. I tried to get it untangled to no avail. I took my car to my dealership and they "tried" to untangle it and said I'd need an appt bc they would have to take the panel off to straighten it out (at $195/hr). Took it to Grand Auto instead and they untangled it in 2 min and didn't charge me anything. Three cheers for honesty in an industry that isn't always known for that.
Wow! This was a 10/10 experiance. Went in with a smashed door and I swear the car came out better than before!! Also was ready a day early! Such an easy experiance with real pros!
