Three stars because everyone was polite and the office itself is well run—but I had a fairly unusual experience. I had a crown placed that felt questionable from the start due to limited space and very little tooth structure to bond to. I was careful with it for about two weeks, then it failed immediately the first time I tried to use that side (soft food, nothing extreme). To their credit, they offered to replace the crown at no charge. I instead asked about switching to an extraction and refunding the crown, since I didn’t have confidence a second one would hold. That turned into a bit of a negotiation, including being told they lose money on crowns, which was… surprising. After some back and forth, they ultimately refunded the full amount, which I appreciated. At that point they also chose to end the patient relationship, which I suppose simplifies things for everyone. Overall: friendly staff, clean office, but I’d recommend asking detailed questions about treatment options and long-term viability before committing. My situation may have been an edge case, but it was an expensive one.
This place is a true blessing! It's a haven of warmth and welcoming smiles. Tammy at the front desk is a sweetheart of kindness and assistance. I've just undergone full extractions for my immediate dentures, and seven days post-op, I'm still navigating the ups and downs, but I know I'm in the best possible hands. The team has been phenomenal, providing top-notch care with zero judgment. They've made sure I'm comfortable every step of the way, communicating with me in a clear and compassionate manner. I've always been anxious about dental visits, but they've made the experience so much easier. I know I'm in good hands, and that's a truly liberating feeling. Today, I'm beaming with a newfound smile, and I'll be eternally grateful. Thank you to every single person who's contributed to my care. I'm eagerly looking forward to my upcoming appointments. 10/10. One more thing - they've treated me like a person, not just a patient, and that's a gift I'll treasure forever. I was told by the receptionist when I got there that a simple implant repair is not covered by my insurance, when it actually is.(I had the same thing done in the past, just "glue" the thing right back on) If you want to avoid a pointlessly difficult time dealing with reception I suggest pursuing your dental needs elsewhere. Update: I later got the repair done elsewhere, decent and respectful receptionist. The crown placement/implant repair was covered by my insurance, as it was in the past.
Been coming here for at least 5 years now. Great. Service, good people and super friendly staff. Always enjoy the atmosphere even though I am not a fan of the dentist. But this guy's are amazing. Boris is the best. If you know, you know.
Had such a great experience! I’m about to head out of state for school and they were super accommodating. They got all my work done in one visit and were super friendly! All of the staff there and doctors were wonderful. I can’t remember her name but the dental assistant with the blonde braids was so kind and so great at her job! I really enjoyed my former dentist back home but actually had an even better experience here. They made it very comfortable!
