I rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm really disappointed with how this was handled. I brought my car in because the A/C stopped working after I had recharged the system myself with refrigerant. I told them upfront that my $50 recharge had only lasted about two weeks and that I suspected there might be a leak. I was assured there was no leak, but their repair would address the issue. I spent $317 (I am a teacher, so that is no small chunk of change to me) trusting that it would be a lasting fix. Less than two weeks later, my A/C stopped working again with the exact same symptoms. I've been trying to contact the shop since June 24 by both text and email, and as of July 4 I still haven't received a response. At this point, I don't even want another repair, I just want a refund and for someone to stand behind the work I paid for. Being completely ignored after spending that kind of money is incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop.
Employees at Lawson & Son were friendly and professional. They thoroughly elevated my vehicle and determined the problem. Rather than charging me for a new engine, they recommend getting rid of the car. Their honesty and trustworthiness were refreshing and have earned my future business.

Out of town visiting and our truck needed a wheel bearing. Lawsons was recommended. Took truck in in the afternoon. Diagnosed same day and ordered part. Ready to go the next morning. Would totally recommend.
I came in today for preventative maintenance on my Acura to replace the timing belt. The shop did an excellent job from start to finish. I did discover later that Halls in Fairview does the same job for $500 less however because of their reputation at Lawsons was ok paying the premium price.
PK and his team diagnosed the issue with my vehicle quickly. It was an issue with my front tires, so I had the tires replaced elsewhere due to a warranty on the tires. They were very honest and efficient. I highly recommend them.
