Rose City plumbing came to the rescue - from my first engagement with their office, through to the initial assessment of the work required and the installation phase, Rose City were exemplary. They were technically competent, great communicators, and they completed a very difficult project extremely efficiently. They were excellent value for money, their field staff were hard working, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. Their working methods were well thought out, and they left the house in a very tidy state. Lastly, everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Impressive service! I needed an emergency water heater replacement. Mike, Sean and Nacho at Rose City Plumbing pulled if off rapidly. Arturo came in last minute for a quick electrical upgrade. Done. I called on a Monday, mid afternoon, and had a new one by 1pm Tuesday, just in time for the arrival of short-term rental guests. Sean was the lead installer, so I chatted with him most. Pleasant and professional. They all are.

We could not be happier with Rose City Plumbing. From the first phone call to the finished job, they were wholly professional and a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge is impressive; they explained exactly what was going on, walked us through the options, and clearly knew their craft inside and out. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises and no upsell pressure. They just did the work, did it well, and charged a reasonable rate for it. We've officially found our new go-to plumbers. I had a stubborn clog in the toilet today. Called Rose City Plumbing and someone was here in 30 minutes. He did a fantastic job, unclogged it quick and found why my toilet filled with water slow. A new part was installed and now my toilet refills faster and at it's correct level. He told me that will make it less likely to clog again. Great service, fast, competent and reasonably priced. Very happy with Rose City Plumbing and will call them again for any plumbing needs in the future!
