Had a wonderful experience here! Tia cleaned my teeth and is very professional and thoughtful. I expressed how I had some problems with regular toothpaste and she gave me a sample of one to try that doesn’t have that problem. Everyone here is very thorough and diligent with what they do and makes you feel welcomed! Thanks Tia for cleaning my teeth today!
Hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and was incredibly nervous. They were kind, patient and professional. The experience was essentially painless and my best dental visit to date. I still have more work to get done and im definitely returning to Hylan. Nobody loves going to the dentist. They make the decision to do so much easier and I'm incredibly grateful
I’ve lived in Cleveland for a little over a year and have always gone to my dentist back home in PA. I wish I would have made the switch sooner! I had a fantastic experience at Hylan! I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, after a short wait I was escorted to my room for the visit by one of the assistants, met the hygienist (Tia) who was super friendly and very informative!!! Dr. Escobar was also great! I love the diversity of the office style. I felt right at home! I never thought I’d say this about the dentist, but I’m looking forward to my next visit! I felt well taken care of.

I truly gave this place the best chance I could but after this week, this is not worth going to the closest dentist in my network. They are constantly interrupting cleaning and dentist consultations on a normal day. I waited for 45 min after my cleaning for the denier before I had to leave for a meeting. Finally, I had a wisdom tooth erupt after just getting X-rays that fall. I am not sure how they didn’t catch this until I was in pain. When I came in for a consultation they took more X-rays and asked ME how many of the 4 I want out. I said I’d like a professional opinion and they told me the top ones were not an option to remove. When I came in for the surgery yesterday they said they had me slated for 4 teeth removal. I was already anxious for my surgery but this depleted any remaining trust I had in them This practice is an absolute last resort for anyone. I suggest trying any other dentist before this one if you want anyone professional. Moving dentists now before my next check up so I don’t have to go through this again.
