Chapman did an amazing job replacing the shower fixtures in our shower. It was a daunting job and on our bucket list to make our shower deluxe. We are so happy that the hot and cold are now similar pressure and we truly have the shower we had been working towards for years! Thanks especially to Brandon, Ryan and Chris for their expertise! Isaiah Porter did an excellent job with the air contioning unit today Tuesday, June 2. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, 8:00am. First he inspected and cleaned the main unit and also replace the air filter. Then, he checked the machine located outside. He cleaned absolutely every single part of it separately. As a result, it was lef spotless! Mr. Porter is a wonderful person - very polite, kind and careful. Furthermore, he seems very happy with it work. Everything went almost exactly the same as with the people who came last year. Thank you very much.

I’ve used them for both my work and for personal use and I have been pretty happy with them. At work they have diagnosed and solved my heating and air problems multiple times with my HVAC. Recently, we used them to clean my son’s house furnace vents. He just moved in and the previous person to live there was a heavy smoker. Though the house had been cleaned and painted to remove all the odor, it still gave a terrible smell when running the A/C. So a couple of young men from Chapman came and cleaned out the vents. My son said the smell improved immensely after they were done. (Picture of the bag of junk they pulled out of the vents below) I have found that the people at Chapman do a great job of communicating when they come. The people on the phone have always been friendly and helpful. They have always arrived during their promised time period. They seem to do a good job.
Chapman consistently treats us well, but Kordell truly went above and beyond. He was very patient and understanding with questions and performed services beyond expectations. We would definitely recommend his work!
My service tech was Michael. He was quick, honest, and thorough. Additionally, he got on great with my dog, who had escaped his locked crate. The only reason this isn't a 5-star is that I didn't get the 30 minute heads-up phone call, so I was a little unprepared. Michael understood.
