I had a plumbing issue and decided to call Cody and Sons Plumbing in November, the first people they sent out didn't really do much, however I called them today and they sent out Caleb. Caleb fixed the problem! However the price seems a bit steep for what was actually done. They ended up cutting out maybe a two and a half foot section of PVC pipe, removing a toilet, snaking the system and using a camera. For that I was charged $936. Which was pretty high for me. However it does come with the two-year parts and warranty, so I guess that's great. Caleb explained what he was going to do and the charges (which again I felt like was a bit excessive). Caleb was pretty quick and straightforward. He cleaned up his mess when he was done and he finished the whole thing in about 2-3 hours. So in closing Caleb did a great job, he truly did, but you are going to pay for it and if you're looking at price (s) I can say with absolute surety that piece of mind is a wonderful, wonderful thing. and $936 (with taxes) is probably a small price for it. I gave them four stars simply because I thought it was a touch too expensive, but I would call them again, if I have another plumbing issue. I'm not sure what the company is paying Caleb, but it's probably not enough. ✌️
Jeff, our technician, was fantastic. He came in and reviewed my homes two systems, correcting issues that were left from the builder (we in a newly built home). He was extremely professional and kind. Our dog loved him too! Jeff walked me through everything he saw and once finished working, both my systems are working better than before. Great service! Would definitely recommend!

Cody and Sons was amazing. They communicated well before and during the service. They were extremely responsive and fixed my A/C unit quickly, while educating me about the equipment and making sure I understood my options without trying to sell me on stuff that was not necessary. They are best in class as far as customer service and their technician Zach was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area. My experience was so much better than any other company I’ve ever used for HAVC service.
Both Zach’s along with Collin in the field and Courtney in the office were awesome! They made the experience of getting a new AC unit in my rental condo great. The level of communication is extraordinary. Each person is passionate about doing a great job and providing the best service possible. Everybody is super knowledgeable in their roles. My entire complex uses them and I will also use them at my primary residence moving forward!
We have had an issue with a toilet that other plumbers over 7 years could never fix. Matt came in and first replaced our water bottle station filter in 10 minutes and then solved this toilet problem in a jiff. He was in and out in about an hour - even had the parts we needed in his truck. So happy to have found a good and honest plumbing company!!! Thanks Cody & Sons and specifically Matt for being so expedient and well knowledged!
