DO NOT BRING YOUR NEW VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Leased a brand new vehicle and needed my snow tires put on. Only went to this place because getting tires replaced at more well known tire shops is tough this time of tear (November) in Michigan. The 1st problem I had was the price. Discount Tire would have charged $80 to replace and balance 4 new tires. This place charged me $150. The biggest issue was the damage they did to my brand new wheels. When I brought the vehicle in the car had less 500 miles on the odometer. After paying, they pulled the car out of the shop. I inspected the tires + wheels and 3 of 4 rims were damaged. After pointing this out to the manager, he tried to tell me the wheels must have been damaged before bringing it in.. The wheels were not damaged before bringing into this shop. To make matters worse they offered no compensation or money back for the damage was done. This is unacceptable. The wheels need to be replaced and I’ll be responsible for it when this lease is turned in. Avoid this place at all cost. Not only will you get better work done but also a better price.

They don't rip you off and give you a detailed explanation of what's wrong with your car. I've worked with them twice now, the first time they could have charged me $5k for the amount of work I needed (higher-end charge for the repairs, thank you google), but I only ended up paying $2k AND they gave me a discount. The second time I brought my flat tire in to get replaced, they explained to me how there was actually nothing wrong with my tire but the air pump at the gas station malfunctioned and essentially deflated my tire LOL. But they surveyed the rest of my tires and found a nail in one, they patched it up and topped off all the air in my tires for only $20. Last time I had a tire patched I was charged $75! I was going to wait six months to write a review after the first set of repairs to see if they held up, but decided to leave a 5 star review sooner after working with them on my tire. As a woman, going to a mechanic is always anxiety-inducing, I'm just waiting for them to rip me off or talk down to me. Cass auto tech has now given me fair prices, quality repairs, and treated me with respect every time I've worked with them. I'll only be taking my car to cass auto if I can help it!
My wife had her rear brakes done for $800 and they did not hook the parking/emergency brake up properly. The e brake has no pressure at all to stop the car even at a 1 mph roll... The shop refused to hear my wife's concern and claimed this was normal. Having a non functioning brake is not at all normal or safe. A shop that refuses to double check a safety feature is a joke.
