My wife had her rear brakes done for $800 and they did not hook the parking/emergency brake up properly. The e brake has no pressure at all to stop the car even at a 1 mph roll... The shop refused to hear my wife's concern and claimed this was normal. Having a non functioning brake is not at all normal or safe. A shop that refuses to double check a safety feature is a joke. DO NOT BRING YOUR NEW VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Leased a brand new vehicle and needed my snow tires put on. Only went to this place because getting tires replaced at more well known tire shops is tough this time of tear (November) in Michigan. The 1st problem I had was the price. Discount Tire would have charged $80 to replace and balance 4 new tires. This place charged me $150. The biggest issue was the damage they did to my brand new wheels. When I brought the vehicle in the car had less 500 miles on the odometer. After paying, they pulled the car out of the shop. I inspected the tires + wheels and 3 of 4 rims were damaged. After pointing this out to the manager, he tried to tell me the wheels must have been damaged before bringing it in.. The wheels were not damaged before bringing into this shop. To make matters worse they offered no compensation or money back for the damage was done. This is unacceptable. The wheels need to be replaced and I’ll be responsible for it when this lease is turned in. Avoid this place at all cost. Not only will you get better work done but also a better price.

good service, but my truck s Still rock to the back when I park and apply the brake. Iam not sure if is the tires that making it do that. But other than that everything is good. I will sure refer you to someone else. Thank you for getting me in and the service you provided to me.

I love going to Cass Auto! It was 900 degrees and my air compressor went out on car. I have MS so I can't be hot 🔥Took it to Cass Auto and was cool within 4 hours!! Plus they took me home while car was being repaired. I have been going there for 8 years, they are like my family. Al and his son are awesome!! The tire guy also!! I love the attention and priority that they give my car (and now my son's car too). The prices are very reasonable. They are always so professional and thorough. A woman can't trust anyone with her car because we get taken for granted. But I never felt like that here. That's why I will never trust anyone with my car but Cass Auto!!
