Having nearly ten years of experience in the field, I was impressed when I saw Bondy's condo development. The construction is top notch and the new residents seem very happy. I haven't had any personal interactions with the owner, but have been told that he's trustworthy.
So many things to like about Bondy Construction ! I had the opportunity to work w/ them on a total rehab of a home - to see it go from rags to riches was a great success ! The quality and care that went into the project to put it over the top - was second to none ! I highly recommend them for any project they have in the works !! Ty for delivering a beautiful product w/ high end quality a priority !
The builder is so kind and knows what he is doing. I felt like family by the time I left our meeting with him. These condos are GORGEOUS!!! Beautiful & safe country feel with city necessities. Even if you can't make the open house hours on Sunday 1-4pm or Wednesday 3-6pm he will set up an in person walk through for whatever time works for you!

I lived in a Bondy new construction home growing up. They’ve been around for a while. Family-owned company dedicated to quality construction, which is rare today. Highly recommend them!
