I had my HVAC unit serviced for regular maintenance by Juan from Airtron, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Juan was polite, professional, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain the work he performed on the unit, including cleaning various parts, and even showed me before and after photos so I could see the difference. He provided clear communication and attention to detail. Excellent service - I highly recommend Juan and Airtron!
Juan a extremely professional HVAC technician. Juan diagnosed and repaired my system by replacing a 24 VAC step down transformer and repairing chaffed wiring inside the outside ac unit. Once repaired Juan zip tied and electrical taped all necessary wires. Juan finish the job by testing the incoming temperature and supply temperature. Juan also educated me on my system and recommended their maintenance services. Juan was very respectful to me and my family and also kept good hygiene by wearing shoe covers

From start to finish, my experience with Airtron was excellent. Erica, who handled scheduling, was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain how their services work. She made the entire process smooth and easy from the very beginning. John Forrester was the technician who came out to inspect both our furnace and the outside HVAC unit. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He listened carefully to my questions and walked me through what he was checking and why. I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend Airtron for their responsiveness, expertise, and excellent customer service.
