I originally had this at 5 stars. Unfortunately, I now have to lower it down to 2 stars. Kyle and his team came out last Wednesday and got my plumbing line, which was filled with roots, moving again. They didn't have a camera, so they couldn't be sure if they got everything, but everyone was pretty confident they had. I was told a camera tech would make a later visit out to verify and inspect the line. The camera tech came out yesterday and saw that there was still a root in the pipe, and it was already causing a backup again in the line. Roto-Rooter then said that they could try to clear that root with blades, but they would have to charge again. What I originally liked about Roto-Rooter's pricing model is that they charge by the job. If they can't fix something, they don't charge. Or at least that's what they told me. Unfortunately, fixing in this case only meant giving me about 5 days of a working pipe. Further detail in case Roto-Rooter tries to dispute this: - I had a different company come out first, and they said they could only clear the pipe from a cleanout valve, which I didn't have installed. - Roto-Rooter said they could clear it from the toilet, using blades. - I installed a cleanout after Roto-Rooter got the pipe running. - When I called Roto-Rooter to have them clear the remaining root that we saw on the camera, they said they couldn't have gotten that from the toilet anyways because they can only use blades going through a cleanout valve, not a toilet. So basically, had I just done what the first company said and installed a cleanout valve and then had them clear the line, I would 1) saved money (they were cheaper than Roto-Rooter), and 2) had a pipe that would have not re-clogged in less than a week.

Kyle was my Roto-Rooter plumber. He was amazing. Went above and beyond what I expected. If I had any more issues he was quick to come back and do whatever he needed to figure out how to fix the problem, or ask for help so he complete what he needed too. I would recommend Him definitely for his never give up and complete what he said out to do attitude 😉. Great personality, service. Roto-Rooter Has a fantastic employee. And im happy with Roto-Rooter. Thank you very much
The technician who cleared my drain line was great! He was very pleasant and efficient and thoroughly cleaned up the area when he was finished. I’ll definitely call Roto-Rooter the next time I have any drain problems, the response was very rapid (within an hour or so) and I appreciate not being charged extra for a weekend call.
Marcus did an excellent job clearing the plug drain. Verified the solution was complete by letting the drain sources run water for a length of time to confirm plug has been resolved. Both punctual and professional were exhibited during the visit. Worth price due to the comfort and efficiency of the solution.
Bathtub clog with sink water gurgling up into the tub as well. Checked reviews then called and made an appointment within 2 hours. Techs Kyle and Marcus were prompt, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The found the “mass” 13 feet down and cleared it. They cleaned up and put the tub parts, that we had removed, back together. Kyle gave us some recommendations on using enzymes (without selling their products) and treated all of our drains. Cost $580 with a 6-month guarantee. We are very happy to have our drains working again and the whole process was quick and pleasurable.
