We had an excellent stay during our three-day business trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the service throughout our visit was attentive and efficient. The waterfront setting was a highlight, with pleasant views and a walking trail right beside the hotel that added to the overall experience. The restaurants and bar also offered good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Overall, this is a strong choice for both business travelers and families.
The hotel is very new with amazing view and great amenities. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff are very helpful, resort inclusives are awesome (free parking, daily coffee, beer, s’mores, kayak etc.) Pickle ball on water is very fun. The manager Rameena was extremely warm and helpful and was always there at the bar, waterside, rental shop and always taking care of all the guests needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The views are stunning, the pool is great, and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Gage at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. James at the front desk was also extremely helpful and kind. We look forward to coming back! 😊
I had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt property. The lake views were beautiful, and being close to the Boeing factory provided the opportunity to view the planes, making it a unique experience. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and housekeeping kept it refreshed and well-stocked throughout my stay. Breakfast at Water’s Table offered a great variety of delicious options, and my servers, Henry, Devina, Leighton, and Banson, were attentive and friendly. Gage at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions clearly when I called ahead and handled my checkout with professionalism and kindness, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. This was an excellent stay, and I look forward to returning to this property in the future.
This hotel offers many exciting perks and amenities. It was very fun to go kayaking on Lake Washington, as the shop is on the first floor of the hotel. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant is lovely and the hotel itself has beautiful infrastructure. The pool is large! there is a hot tub and a steam room. There are complimentary s’mores and wine every day. I really enjoyed the room, as the shower is absolutely lovely and the TV is large. I also especially enjoyed the dedication to environmental conservation. This hotel is very environmentally friendly. They only utilize vegan products in the bathroom! The hotel is also very dog friendly, which is lovely.
