Very cordial. Had my roof replaced with Oxford Aluminum shingles, 3 skylights replaced (with solar powered shades and new gutters (complete with leaf guards) installed. We went over the entire project in detail before starting. They made sure they understood what I wanted. No question is a dumb question with them. As with most projects this size there are things can happen along the way. That said, they addressed every issue that came up. They didn't cut and run or take any shortcuts. They stayed with it until I was satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend them.
PPR crew completed my roof replacement using Malarkey roofing materials, all new 5/8 plywood sheathing, new gutters, and replacement of some water damaged facia. The work crew did a very good quality installation, completed as scheduled even including added work to replace damaged facia. Exterior clean up was carefully done, landscaping around the work area was protected.

PPR installed a metal standing seam roof on our 1910 house in summer 2023. They were well organized, kept our yard tidy even in spite of our shrub-dense landscaping, and did a great install. We appreciated how easy they were to work with, and their ability to give a list of places to see different roof colors in the wild. They also communicated well when it came time to make key calls about working with our existing trim. The only minor hiccup is that the next fall we learned one area where roof surfaces join that had been rodent-proofed didn't get patched back up, but that could happen with anyone. We later had solar panels installed by a different company and install over the metal roof went smoothly. 2.5 years in, we're happy about our choice.
I have to say, I'm really happy with PPR! Three things stand out to me: The people, the product, and the care given throughout the process. Chris Obrien was extremely helpful and knowledgeable going over all the options and details of each part of the project as he consulted with me. Chris answered all my questions, and was always cheerful and so friendly, no matter how many times I reached out to ask "just one more thing"! The crew was hard-working and careful of my house and property. They did a very good job removing the old roof, replacing decking, and installing the new shingles over the multiple underlayment components. They were SuPER careful not to damage the NEW gutters that had been installed a few months earlier!! I'm really happy with the Malarkey materials (locally made) and after researching their company I feel confident their product is high quality. I requested one paticular area of my existing roof to be redone with Tongue&Groove underlayment, and an area of the siding and fascia to be replaced. When I did the final walk-through with Felix, the owner, I expressed my disappointment with one area of the work, and he didn't hesitate one second. He said, "We can fix that." And they did! Flelix is an upstanding, honest person. And he treats his employees and clients with respect and kindness. I felt how much PPR cares about doing an excellent job, and treating everyone like family. Well, as far as I can tell, they did a good job, but I was less than impressed. They didn't measure and order the roofing until the last minute and therefore we had to wait for the panels. The job foreman was great and really seemed to know what he was doing but its a big company and the communication wasn't always great. I'm still waiting for them to come to pick up their big advertising sign that they displayed in the driveway. I really hope that they aren't expecting me to be responsible for disposing of it!
