My stay at the Boylston Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. I want to give special recognition to Jeremiah, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Jeremiah's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I'd also like to thank Anthony and Natalie for their kindness, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. Together, this team created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued and at home. I highly recommend the Boylston Hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
The room itself and our customer service experience was underwhelming but it’s hard to beat a night out at cap hill w/o needing an uber. At check-in, we were told they were at capacity despite having already reserved the room on Expedia with a confirmation email. We then waited maybe 10 minutes while front desk staff figured where we could stay. Absolutely no view aside from the neighboring apartment building. It would have been nice to have some privacy for the shower that’s right by the door to the room, but only one section is frosted glass. The AC worked great and having access to a nespresso was nice.

This was the perfect stay! The hotel is a 20 minute walk from Pike Place and there are so many cute coffee shops, resturants, and vintage stores along the way. Our room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed (towels, hair dryer, sheets, refrigerator) and the staff told us where to get additional towels and hot/cold water if needed. The hotel was very quiet during our stay but there were also a white noise machine and ear plugs on the night stand that we could have used if needed. We used the Netflix account on the TV to watch a show while getting ready. They also had a small sitting area in the front lobby. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when we checked in a little early and with helping us put our stuff in the lockers after we checked out, so we were able to walk around some more and comeback to get our things before leavingthe city. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in Seattle!
Wonderful place, beautiful room, really nice staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room was super comfortable and clean. I felt right at home. It was nice they supplied ear plugs just in case there was either outside noise or maybe a neighboring room wasn’t as quiet as you. There is a microwave on the main floor in the lounge. The whole place is renovated and very nice. If you get there after 10pm you don’t have to pay for street parking until after 8am. Anything before 6pm is a two hr minimum but after 6pm there is no minimum. I parked a block away on the street and my vehicle was just fine. Thank you for a great experience.
So I was visiting Pike Place Market and got ice cream even though I’m lactose intolerant, fully knowing that was gonna become a problem later. After that I went thrifting at a Goodwill, and out of nowhere I got hit with the most violent stomach pain imaginable. I knew it was an emergency. So I rushed to a nearby Safeway and asked to use the bathroom, but they told me they didn’t have a public restroom. At this point the situation was critical. I was fighting for my life. Then I stumbled into a hotel with the poop practically crowning and begged them to let me use their bathroom. Thankfully they said yes. And honestly, that bathroom changed my life. It had a bidet, everything was spotless, it felt like pure luxury. I went from complete panic to inner peace in like 30 seconds.
