We had clogged leach lines in an older septic system, and the distribution box was too damaged to repair, which caused sewer odors when we had heavy water use from multiple showers and laundry. Robert spent a long time on the phone with me going over why the Terralift process was a strong fit for our plumbing and septic situation, including the property layout, future household demand, and soil conditions. He explained the whole process clearly, reviewed the pricing, and made it easy to understand why each service was recommended. He was patient, answered all of my technical questions, and showed strong knowledge of septic and drain field work. He also discussed other plumbing and system options, including full replacement, without any pressure. The crew was professional, respectful, on time, and helpful with all of my questions during the visit. The service improved our system performance and gave us confidence in the solution. Bravo Plumbing did an excellent job helping our HOA through a major main sewer line replacement under the basement floor serving 6 units in Los Angeles. The estimate, scope of work, and full plumbing process were clear, simple to follow, and everything went as explained from start to finish. John guided us well, and Braden with the onsite crew was outstanding during the whole project. For a big sewer and drain job, the team stayed very organized, professional, and respectful of every home. They gave daily updates, kept the work area surprisingly clean, used plastic barriers to control dust and debris, and were very careful around the units. Even with the amount of excavation and pipe work involved, the project moved smoothly and efficiently. No residents had to move out, which was a huge relief for everyone. They were friendly, easy to talk with, and always willing to answer questions about the line replacement, timeline, and next steps. It is not easy to find a plumbing crew that handles a large multi-unit sewer project with this much care and communication. We had a very good experience and would gladly use them again.

From the first phone call, we knew we found the right plumber. The person who scheduled our visit was friendly, helpful, and clearly understood the plumbing issue. The whole service experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, inspected the problem right away, and explained what was going on in simple terms. The repair turned out to be more involved than we first thought, so they brought in additional technicians and the right plumbing equipment to handle it properly. Even though the job took some extra time, they stayed professional, kept us updated, and made sure everything was repaired the right way. When they finished, the plumbing was working perfectly, the area was spotless, and it looked like no work had even been done. What impressed us most was the final price. Since it was an urgent plumbing repair and a complicated job, we expected the cost to be much higher. Instead, the bill was fair, reasonable, and a great value for the quality of work. We are still fairly new to Los Angeles, but after this experience, we would not call anyone else for plumbing service.

I had Geoffrey come out to inspect the plumbing line near my water meter and give me an estimate for either repairing the pipe or doing a full replacement. Later, Nolan called to follow up, listened to my situation, and quickly arranged for Robert and Geoffrey to come back out. They were respectful, professional, and very easy to talk to. They took the time to explain the pipe repair options in simple terms, answered my questions, and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget. They really went above and beyond to help with my water line issue without making me feel pressured. What stood out most was their honesty, flexibility, and genuine care. It is not easy to find a plumbing company that combines good customer service with solid plumbing knowledge, but this team did exactly that. They helped me set up a payment arrangement I could manage, and that made a stressful plumbing problem feel much more manageable. I am very thankful I found this company. For any pipe repair, water meter line work, or general plumbing service in Los Angeles, I would absolutely recommend them and trust them with my home again.
