As someone who was raised to feel very poorly about bankruptcy, finding myself in that situation was stunning and mortifying. Calling Mr. West's office was the very best decision I could've made. Not only did he quell my fears, but he made me feel like a normal human being. He and his staff were so great (and ridiculously patient!) at over preparing me for my trustee meeting, allowing me to walk away empowered and better educated for a brighter future ahead! Everyone sheds such a negative light on bankruptcy and says how difficult and stressful the process can be, but I can genuinely say it was one of the easiest things I've ever done thanks to Rick West! He made the process as smooth and simple as possible while being thorough enough that I was able to have full faith that all my bases were covered. Rick answered any questions I had with respect and didn't make me feel bad if I was worried about certain aspects of my case. The 341 went perfectly and now I am just waiting for my Chapter 7 discharge. I'm so thankful for this law office helping me restart my life on such a positive foot. His fee was very reasonable considering it included both credit courses plus a 12 month credit rebuilding program only offered by him. I also loved that everything was conducted over zoom. As an anxious person, in office meetings were a huge factor that deterred me from filing, so knowing everything could be handled through video and email was a lifesaver. I would recommend Rick every single time to anyone who needs to file bankruptcy.

WOW where do I start with this excellent service that I received from Rick West and his team. My case was complicated to say the least.Mr. West and his team jumped thru hoops untangled a mess multiple times dealing with my issues. Let me shout it from the roof tops West and team are excellent compassionate patient and knowledgeable of the complex laws. I can't rave enough or compliment them enough but they are amazing. I highly recommend this team and they are affordable and don't take a person over the coals financing or emotionally. Very compassionate and understanding folks. Highly highly highly recommend.
