originally had my upstairs windows done by this company in 2023. The quality of the work itself was acceptable; however, the installers were subcontractors, and during installation they dropped spray foam on my carpet. When I brought this to the company’s attention, the response was dismissive—essentially a shrug and a brushed-off apology. Fast forward to 2025, I wanted matching windows installed in my basement to align with the upstairs ones. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance. After the installation, I noticed one of the windows was cracked and needed to be replaced. They ordered a replacement and scheduled an installation date, but due to various issues with employees and weather, the appointment was rescheduled three times. When we were finally rescheduled again, I rearranged my own schedule and received a confirmation email stating they would be arriving—yet no one showed up. I reached out afterward, and the owner contacted me to apologize. We were then placed back on the schedule. The replacement window was eventually installed, but there was no caulking applied. Additionally, the other newly installed windows had visible gaps where caulking should have been. When I raised this concern with the owner, he initially tried to explain how I could caulk the windows myself. He then said he would send someone out immediately, or come personally if needed. Despite that assurance, the issue wasn’t resolved for nearly three more weeks. There was no follow-up to ensure the job was completed properly, nor did the owner come by to review the final work after all the delays and issues. Given the number of problems along the way, I expected some effort from the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, there was none. I have already paid in full for the work, and I am not writing this to seek a discount. I am writing this to warn potential customers about the experience and quality of service they may receive. I was genuinely excited to support a local business rather than a large corporation, but after this experience, I will be looking elsewhere to complete the final two windows in my home.

Mighty Dog Roofing was a pleasure to do business with. An estimator came the next day, and measured for the job, and provided an estimate. Theirs was competitive with several others. They scheduled my promptly. Their crew was efficient and friendly, and completed the whole roof replacement in a day. Afterward, one of the managers carefully swept the yard with a magnet to remove wayward nails. I am a 100% satisfied customer! If I outlive my roof, I will hire them again.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Shea Huff with Mighty Dog Roofing. I contacted them to take a look at some siding that had slipped down and bowed out around my chimney due to a recent storm. Shea not only looked at the issue on all sides from the ground, but he explained to me that he needed to get on the roof Truly detect the issues. No other roofing company I had met with for an estimate did this and it was a hot 95 degree day. He took the time to explain everything to me about why it happened, how it happened and how it would need to be fixed. His kindness along with his knowledge was second to none. As an area Realtor I have had a lot of experience with roofers and nobody has provided me or my clients customer service like Shea did. The work was performed promptly and the results were fantastic. Their prices were extremely fair compared to others. Not only as a homeowner and also a Realtor, I will be giving them lots of referrals. They are a company you can completely trust!
I'm a maintenance man at an apartment complex. We were having issues with getting the side of a building done, and Mighty Dog came in with no problem. They got it quoted and scheduled the day they came out. It only took a few weeks to come back and finish the job. Everything was done correctly, and the area was cleaned after work was done.
Jonathan was great about checking my warranty and dispatching a crew member to see to my needs right away. Shea was beyond terrific. He did a thorough job of explaining what issues were occurring and the remedy. His return and ultimate repairs were top notch. I really appreciated the help.
