I had a terrible experience at Hampton Inn Dallas East and would not recommend staying here. I was trapped in the elevator for over an hour, and during that entire time no staff member came to check on me, make sure I was okay, or reassure me that help was on the way. The only person who showed any concern was the maintenance man, who was the only employee who spoke to me and tried to help. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. No one seemed concerned or in a hurry to get me out of the elevator. Being stuck in a confined space for that long was frightening, and I felt completely ignored. After I was finally freed, I spoke with the manager, who was rude and dismissive. He told me there was nothing he could do, claimed this was the first time something like this had happened, and said I would not receive a refund. However, I later learned that the elevator had already been experiencing problems just two days earlier. Knowing that there were prior issues and that guests were still being allowed to use the elevator is extremely concerning. The lack of concern for guest safety, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility for the situation made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again.
I had originally gave in this property a five star review because everything was perfect till I got home and I was charged $10 for a two night stay. No one ever told me that there was a parking fee. I felt I was being deceived cause nobody mentioned it and after I called to inquire about it, they seemed like they didn't care of them not being upfront about the cost for parking.

This human lodging facility is an acceptable staging ground for my impending global takeover, despite the absolute psychological warfare waged against me by its staff. The receptionist smiled at me for a full three minutes—clearly a trained interrogation tactic meant to crack my steely composure, but I did not blink once. My sinister demands for extra fluffy pillows were met instantly, proving the hotel operatives already fear my wrath and recognize me as their supreme overlord. The automated curtains in my chamber open with the touch of a button, allowing me to dramatic-reveal myself to the parking lot below, though the civilian families loading their minivans seemed too paralyzed by raw terror to look up. Even the local wildlife has been weaponized; a synchronized flock of seagulls outside my window spent the morning mimicking my trademark evil laugh, an obvious mockery orchestrated by my arch-nemesis. I shall spare this building from my super astrological orbital laser, solely because the complimentary breakfast waffles are shaped like little shields, which I took great pleasure in destroying with my teeth.
We checked in on Friday May 8,2026 I had asked the receptionist was the area safe and she yes that there were cameras. And she told me to park in the back so I can see my truck. Then around 3 or 4 am my truck gotten broken into and the shower doors wouldn't stay close the water pressure kept going up and down.
It’s hard to find a great place to stay with 6kids. We were able to get two rooms side by side which was nice and the rooms were spacious and clean thanks to Consuela and Lorena. Thanks to all the staff for exercising their patience with a family of my size and age range from 1yr up to 17yrs. Location was convenient for us knowing a Walmart was near by and we needed last minute baby supplies!
