Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Location is dicey and unfortunately has a chronic urine odor. My main grief with this business involves their insane, jaw-dropping prices for procedures. Gave me a $3000+ quote for a gum procedure. I'll just find a different dentist that won't overcharge me. I mean.... $700 for just the REQUIRED after-procedure roof guard was the straw that broke the cammel's back. They had the gall to offer me an interest-free payment plan option. Maybe just don't rip off your customers?
Had consult today (1/28) with Dr. Burton - he could not have been any friendlier or professional. He put me at ease about having my implant. All of the staff I came in contact today were extremely friendly. Overall, my first experience was a homerun!

Procedure went well billing was awful. I am obviously not the only one who experienced this as there are numerous reviews detailing the same/similar experiences. Talked with someone there and we couldn’t come to a consensus about what happened but basically I was told the procedure would be in network and then I was billed out of network. They told me they only have one dental surgeon who is out of network. If this is true then why would they state delta dental is in network with their speciality clinic? Definitely extremely misleading. In addition, I called the billing line about a dozen times over the past 3 months with only 1 call back where I was belittled and hung up on mid sentence with no call back. Basically, procedure went well, but expect to not believe anything they tell you about billing and expect not to be able to get in contact with anyone until a day before collections. Also they use a private anesthetist who is not covered by insurance. If they used a dental anesthetist would be covered so be prepared for that. Full disclosure, I did have to pay over $1,000 out of pocket for a wisdom tooth removal with dental insurance that covers 70%.
Timber Dental is the best and Dr. Peter Garcia is thoughtful, kind, patient, and gentle. Whether I've needed a cleaning, a filling replacement, or aligners, he and the entire staff always make sure that everything goes smoothly. This includes a time when I had to reschedule due to illness and the new appointment time I chose didn't allow enough time-- everyone was so gracious and helped me get out the door on-time despite the mistake being mine. I cannot recommend them enough.
Let me begin by saying I don’t like the dentist. However, if you need an implant and the whole process seems overwhelming… i guarantee you this is the place. Top to bottom the place is immaculately clean and everything is in order. I expressed my anxiety to Dr. Burton who listened without interruption and addressed all my concerns and walked me through the process a couple of times. I never felt rushed at any time or that I was wasting his time. The whole thing was less painful than getting a cavity filled. The man is an artist on top of being a dentist. I have one of those big chunky cheese smiles and I was concerned about my gum line changing yet no one can even tell which of my front teeth are implants and which ones were natural. Honestly, I was happy with the temporary tooth and more than pleasantly surprised with the final work. No pain, no waste of time, and parking was paid, and I can’t say enough good things about the whole process… thank you Dr. Andy Burton and the team over at Timber Dental
