Aire Serv of Nashville

This company damaged the soffit of my house when relocating a gas line. They wrote in the invoice that they planned to repair/replace and included photos of the damage. However, the work was completed on 4/2 and as of 6/23 I have exhausted all methods of trying to contact them for repairs. My plan forward is to write as many reviews necessary and a letter of intent to the company. The total cost of the project was $3,684 and the cost of repairs by a professional is approximately $1k. I request that a professional replace the damaged soffit so that it appears as it did prior to the damage, and as described in my invoice.

We have been customers of Aire Serv for a couple of years now, but this last experience which was an annual check-up/service call, renewed our faith in this company! This instance was more about the Technician than the company. Companies provide a service, but the team is responsible for the experience. Our technician, Jonathan Campbell, is the best we have experienced in the 20+ years that we’ve lived here. When he arrived he noticed that I was working in my office and he told he would do his best not to disturb me - wow! We explained that we were having a slight cooling issue with one of our units before he began. He explained very clearly the work he would be doing and said he would do his best to complete in a timely manner so that we could get back to our evening. I watched the work he did - he was methodical, and it was apparent he knew what he was doing. When he was done, we were expecting a laundry list of needed repairs (as we have experienced in the past). While he did have a list of some needed repairs with our aging system, he explained the severity of each (with actual pictures), and walked us through reasoning and pricing. His knowledge was apparent and we knew his recommendations were sincere - not a sales pitch. We did have him move forward with a repair, which he completed on the spot, and because of this experience we renewed our annual membership with Aire Serv as well. This guy should be leading the team and teaching the other technicians how to provide this type of experience, it’s very rare in this day and age. 5-Star experience!
