I would like to say that Amy at Aire Serve was amazing. Our thermostat broke down two weeks ago. Our landlord hired this company to service the problem. There was a restructuring in the company which caused a bit of a delay and confusion. Amy took the time to hear the problems and I feel took a personalized approach to go above and beyond to expedite parts and labor to get the unit fixed. There are many times that as a customer we are told that a company will get back with you, you then wait by the phone all day to just not ever hear a word, having to then start the same process the next day. My conversation with Amy was informative, specific, and solution driven. She ensured that I had been heard, and lined up the speediest actions to get it taken care of. The next morning we had priority service as she had said and the problem was fixed. Thank you Amy for taking the time hear what “notes” on a service log might not detail and then take the action to take care of your customers. Aire Serve is lucky to have such an employee working for them and it is refreshing to know that excellent customer service still is available. Luis R.
Jonathan was timely on arrival and did an exceptional job with all of the repairs that we needed completed. He adjusted the price to reflect his work and I felt very comfortable with the final cost as well as all of the repairs. Would definitely recommend using AireServ for any HVAC needs going forward as they are incredibly reliable.

I had my vents and duct system cleaned with this company. Thomas Holley was the employee that came and did the work. He was awesome…very professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had about the duct system/cleaning. I would like to also thank Alicia for being so nice and helpful when I called to inquire and set up an appointment. I will definitely be using this company again!!!
Do NOT use this company. I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule an appointment. I was told that I needed to contact Groupon as she has been there 3 years and they have never had a deal with Groupon then immediately tried to sell me on the services the do offer. As I was trying to explain and understand the confusion and tried to let her know that we intentionally chose a local company as we prefer local businesses and were looking for a new HVAC service provider - she repeatedly laughed, talked over me and was not hearing me. I asked if the would honor the amount paid for the Groupon ($20) as a discount for the $100 service - there was a laugh and a no. I asked to speak to her manager hoping he would really listen instead of being dismissive. She said I couldn’t do that, then he wasn’t available, then he was in a meeting and would call me back as soon as he was out of the meeting. I waited that day and the next and did not receive a call. The sad part of this is - this company may provide the best service in town - but the customer and first interaction was horrible. I work in a forward facing business myself and understand mistakes and accidents happen - but not showing any willingness to listen and understand a customer is truly disappointing
Aire Serv technician #1 (young, newer tech) came to my short term rental home to do an all around annual inspection of my system to recommend any preventive type maintenances required and sent me a quote coming out to about $3600. One of the items (not clearly explained on the quote sheet that it was an emergency) was deemed an emergency type service that could cause for a fire in my home due to exposed thermostat wiring, so the technician took it upon himself to disconnect the thermostat without notifying a single person (myself being the most important person) and left my guests over Thanksgiving without any heat on the third floor during their 3 night stay, causing very unhappy guests demanding partial refund. I spoke to a more self described senior tech about this who went back out to my home and stated that the diagnosis was completely wrong, and turned my thermostat back on, but was now locked with a code that either he set or the previous tech had set. My 2nd round of guests checked into my house the following week and I was left scrambling trying to reach out to tech #2 to no avail through his direct number as well as the main support line. I luckily was able to find a way to do a factory reset which allowed for them to have a comfortable stay, but the first scenario was completely unacceptable without a doubt and could have been a very costly fix that was unnecessary had I moved forward with it. Tech #2 said his manager would call me with some kind of apology, but never received anything of the sorts. DO NOT TAKE THEIR FIRST OPINION AS THE TRUTH BY ANY MEANS!
