They're courteous and efficient with their time. Something that would take me 3 hours to do takes them 15 minutes. They sent me a link to get a discount on their services and they're honest about how their time is spent and invoiced, what else can you ask for! West Side Electric did an excellent job with our EV charger. They were punctual, explained what they were doing, polite, professional and left the area clean. The charger installed was the wrong one (we had ordered the wrong connector) and they came back the following day and swapped it out for the correct one.

Extremely professional and affordably priced. They cared about getting the job done right. They not only went out of their way to do the wiring correctly, but to find the best pathway with the least amount of alterations to the existing structure. I highly recommend them and we will be using them again.
Jason visited today for my EV charger installation and he did an absolute phenomenal job. From start to finish, there were some tricky obstacles around the garage door, but he figured out a very smart and clean way to run the electrical wiring perfectly. Not only is he highly skilled, but he was also incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Jason is truly nice and pleasant to work with.
