We had a wonderful dining experience at Gibson’s Italia! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What truly made the evening special was our server, Antonio. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Antonio offered excellent recommendations and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal without ever being intrusive. His professionalism and warm personality truly elevated the experience. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by Antonio again. Highly recommend!
Wow this place is amazing! The views are incredible!! I Celebrated Valentine’s Day with my husband at Gibsons Italia & we were very pleased with the service & the food! Our waiter Michael was excellent & very friendly. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chicago! We will definitely come back in the summer.

Everything here was excellent. Came here for valentine's weekend. They took a while with our table but let us wait at the bar. By the time our table was ready we didn't realize the tab needed to be closed out before heading to our table. The server had to search for us unfortunately and looked a little peeved. The rest of the meal was fantastic and the view of the city was incredible. Highly recommend the Artichokes for appetizer and Baked Alaska for dessert. The steak was incredible quality as well.
Not the first time and won’t be the last! Never disappoints! Crab 🦀 Avocado 🥑 for starters was fresh and light, very summery taste. The meatballs with the whipped cheese and king Crab Arrabbiatta was phenomenal. One of the best locations on the Chicago Riverwalk
Went for my husband's birthday. Had never been here but I've been wanting to go ever since it opened. What a great restaurant!! The server was awesome! I believe her name was Jennie. So attentive in the best way. Had appetizers, a pasta course and then steaks. Everything was delicious! The view from our table was incredible and loved seeing the buildings along the river light up as the sun set. I must go back soon, it's really that good. Husband loved it and still talks about it. I believe we arrived at 530 and left around 830, the night just flowed easily.
