I want to share the excellent service that Jerry E. performed on my HVAC and tankless water heater systems on 9/3/25. Jerry thoroughly cleaned and serviced my natural gas furnace, water heater and AC unit. He was meticulous in his disassembly and inspection. His attitude was cheerful, helpful and service-oriented. Jerry E. is an asset to the company. I would recommend him and Dana’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

I generally am very happy with Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning. But I'm a little sceptical about my last visit. The man took over and hour and a half to do a maintaince update on my units. It has never taken this long in the past and everytime I walked by the window the guy was just sitting in his truck.
