Mr roof is 1st class company from Stephon the salesman gave me competitive quote with no this day only tactic. Caitlin n finance got me approved same day. Then got a call from project manager Jeff for next day installation of new roof with correct permit . The crew came out about 7 am n got to work tearing off 3 tab shingle. They finished install about 430 pm and cleaned up.
Mr. Roof did a complete tear off and replace in one day. The sales representative Shelly, was very clear and informative of the pricing, product, and procedure. The crew that came out was very considerate of property and surrounding area. The team was very efficient and effective. Everything from the sale, processing of in house financing, to completion of job as well as follow up inspections by Mr.Roof as well as city of Detroit was very impressive. I thank all of you for your kindness, workmanship and support throughout this project. Great Job. Highly recommend.

My garage roof was storm damaged and needed replacement. A reasonable price almost near insurance exatoestimate. Crew was out bright and early, worked efficiently, courteous, and cleaned up well. I had used Mr. Roof for my house roof and they have followed though with there warranty inspections, but you have to be the one to contact them at the specified intervals. Easy to work with and I am well satisfied .
Very easy and smooth process. Quote was very competitive accurate. Crew was in and out in a day, 30 square job. House and garage.Workmanship and efficiency was excellent. Minor issues with cleanup. Was done in the winter so it may have made it a bit more difficult to clean up. Have an old garage that is not insulated or drywalled so the inside was a disaster. Could have been avoided with better communication. Crew offered to come back and blow it out, but that would have made it worse. I vacuumed as much as I could but it’ll be spring before I can finish because it’s everywhere
I looked into four other roofing companies before I made a decision, and Mr. Roof was my choice. We worked with Mr. Forrest Ray from Mr. Roof. He was very knowledgeable about their roofing products, and great to work with. Installation and clean-up only took about 6 hours for a complete two layer tear off. The crew was very friendly and professional. My roof is perfect!
