Very easy and smooth process. Quote was very competitive accurate. Crew was in and out in a day, 30 square job. House and garage.Workmanship and efficiency was excellent. Minor issues with cleanup. Was done in the winter so it may have made it a bit more difficult to clean up. Have an old garage that is not insulated or drywalled so the inside was a disaster. Could have been avoided with better communication. Crew offered to come back and blow it out, but that would have made it worse. I vacuumed as much as I could but it’ll be spring before I can finish because it’s everywhere
Mr. Roof replaced my roof December 20, 2005. December 21st, I noticed some discoloration of my kitchen ceiling. I’ve only had my home for a little over a year and a half, so I thought perhaps this discoloration has been here all along and I’ve just never noticed it. December 22nd, there was a full on WET HOLE in my kitchen ceiling. Again - never any issues until this point, this is a new, wet hole - this is obviously a roof issue. They sent my foreman out who had done the job, Eric, to inspect the inside of my attic. He said there is no evidence of a leak - I have photos showing otherwise. Even though it is mid February, they still have yet to send a city inspector or one of their own to come out and look at the work. When I signed the contract I was told someone would come out within two weeks - it’s been two MONTHS. I have contacted the city on my own since Mr Roof refuses to do the work they promised. Do not use this company - in addition to having holes in your ceiling, they’ll leave tar on porch and shingles all over your yard. Two months later and I’m still cleaning up after them.

The salesman George was very humble and easy to work with. He didn’t push things on me. The scheduling was perfect. The crew arrived on time. They laid out tarps, did a great job on my roof, and left my yard clean. I definitely would refer anyone to use Mr. Roof. The top row is before and the following pics are after.
1000% satisfied with our new roof!! From our salesman, to the quoting, to the timing, to the crew, the installation and clean up; we just couldn’t be happier!!! They went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect and we have a roof that we know will last decades!
We decided we needed to get bids for our roof to be replaced. Seeing that two of our neighbors had signs up for Matthew from Mr. Roof so, we thought we would contact them. The representative insisted that both my husband and myself be home for the bid, which is extremely difficult with our schedules and five children. We just were unable to schedule a time. I told him it would have to be once summer was here. When my neighbor was having his garage roof replaced, I gave them the okay to use our driveway. We assumed they were doing both the house and garage. They then told me they would be back in a day or so to do the house. It was well over a week later and we were not given a heads up by the roofers. They were working on a Saturday and Sunday. Not a big deal until it was 10:50 pm on Sunday night and they were still using blowers and dragging ladders. My husband is a teacher and is up at 4:30am each day. We found nails in our driveway for weeks afterwards. The next day the neighbor from across the street came over to warn us that something had been tossed on our roof. He had believed it to be a pallet of some sort. We contacted the Matt who said he would be out with a ladder to remove it. When he came by, he wanted to do the bid and had no ladder with him. He explained it was foam. Once summer break began for my husband, my husband contacted him to get the bid and to get the foam removed. The representative had to reschedule and eventually we agreed to a time at 2pm on a Tuesday. We waited for hours that day, eventually giving up as there was no communication from Matt. The foam on our roof finally came down last week when winds blew it down after 2.5 months on our roof to a lower level of the roof. At which time, my husband reached the foam with a broom handle. Needless to say, we will look elsewhere for our roofing needs.
