I needed stuff done for nursing school to qualify for clinicals! Everyone was so nice in the medical part and even registration, they were fast, polite & greeted me like they were excited to see me. 5/5 from me! Very clean, very professional!
I been going to the clinic for years since I was a child yes, the service is good but, they are very horrible with answering the phone I call the dentist department last week to reschedule an appointment the lady answered the phone then told me to make an appointment on the 20th don't know why she didn't do it then and there when she answered the phone this week I've been trying to get a hold of them everyday and they will not answer the phone it's horrible.
Very reliable, very helpful Google. Never had a problem with elm Street clinic getting a birth certificate or anything from the people from elm Street clinic.

Recommend using Denise Shaker Pediatrician...Thats if she there still. But as a adult, i would never. I got unlucky and got a nurse that joked around asking was I burning, does it itch down there when you pee...Unprofessional!!! I said to myself, this how they talk to these people downtown... I made the mistake & got a device inserted in Uterus. The doctor dont want you to say nothing,she had a attitude while inserting. Assistant took the opportunity to get a good look at my butt& vagina, look up at me in my face for awhile and went back to looking at my buttocks & vagina. Dont even try to be discreet, just very Unprofessional. Surprise she didnt being camera.
They had me waiting out here into 7:30 and my daughter is sick they didn't wanna give her no tissue I been out here needing to get my tooth pulled and this man right here opened the door but told us we couldn't go in. If I could I would sue them this makes no sense
