Absolutely outstanding experience with Turn It On Electric. From on-site quote to having the work performed, Gabe went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered, performed a beautifully clean installation of a Tesla charger, and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend using Turn It On Electric for any electrical needs.
Shannon was amazing. He was friendly and professional. He completed the job quickly and clearly explained what he was doing and we are very pleased. The process of acquiring an electrician from this company was an easy task. They were prompt at returning calls if we had to leave a message and the communication throughout the process was great! They called after completion to follow up with us to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Turn It On Electric! I will definitely use them in the future if I ever need an electrician.

I am extremely disappointed with Turn It On Electric and will never use this vendor again or recommend them to anyone. Charging $285 for a fix that took literally two minutes, without ever disclosing that minimum charge upfront, is the kind of business practice that makes me want to warn every homeowner I know. (In google it was mentioned free estimate) I want to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision before booking with this company. I had a bathroom outlet in my rental home that wasn't providing power — it was newly installed about a year ago and this was the first time I tested it. I called to schedule an appointment, and the person I spoke with walked me through scheduling and availability but at no point mentioned that they have a $285 minimum service charge, regardless of how simple the job turns out to be. The electrician arrived and diagnosed the issue almost immediately: a switch/breaker in the main panel had simply been left off. He flipped it back on, tested the outlet, and confirmed it was working — the entire fix took just a few minutes. Despite the simplicity of the issue, I was charged the full $285 minimum. I understand service calls have overhead, but I feel strongly that a charge this significant should be communicated clearly at the time of scheduling, not after the technician has already been to my home and the work is done. Had I known about the $285 minimum in advance, I would have asked more questions or looked elsewhere. $285 is not a small amount to leave undisclosed. My issue is entirely with the lack of upfront pricing transparency — I've worked with services that disclose even a $70 minimum. If they don't disclose it upfront, they shouldn't be charging a minimum at all, and certainly not $285.
Less than satisfactory experience. Did not seem to be familiar with working with city of Mesa or SRP for a panel replacement. What they told could be done in a week took 2 months. Wiring in panel was sloppy and they left a big hole in my exterior wall rather than removing a little stucco and properly locating the new panel. They mislabeled several breakers in the panel. They also had to be called back to clean up garbage and label the panel. Use someone else.
I had a new electrical panel installed. They took care of everything. I also had them put up my ring cameras. Mike was just the best. Turn it on electric was 2 thousand cheaper than the next guy. If I need anything in the future I'll definitely call them. Thank you so much
